Warranty & Returns

We design J&T servos to take a beating on the track, and we back them up when something isn't right. Below you'll find what our servo warranty includes, how to start a claim, and our policies on tire returns and refunds. Not sure if something qualifies? J&T Servo Warranty

Your coverage

• Gears, for life. Strip or break a gear set in your J&T servo and we'll take care of it for as long as you own it.
• One year on manufacturing defects. If your servo has a flaw in its parts or build quality, it's covered for 12 months from the day you bought it. Everyday wear and tear isn't part of this coverage.
• When a servo checks out as defective, we'll fix it or send a replacement at no charge. The choice between repair and replacement is ours.

Eligibility

• Coverage belongs to the person who originally bought the servo and doesn't carry over to a new owner.
• Please have your order number or receipt ready. We need it to process any claim.
• Shipping and handling costs both to and from J&T are the customer's responsibility on all warranty claims.

Not covered

• Everyday wear and tear (gears excepted, since they're covered for life).
• Crash damage or other impact damage.
• Problems caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or rough handling.
• Servos that have been opened, modified, or worked on by anyone other than J&T.
• Any indirect losses, such as damage to other parts of your car or missed race results.

Starting a claim

1. Email Tyler@jtbearingco.com with your order number, which servo you have, and what's going on with it.
2. We'll get back to you with return steps. Please wait for our instructions before shipping anything.
3. Ship your servo to us at your own cost. Return shipping and handling for the repaired or replacement servo is also covered by the customer.
4. Once your servo arrives, we'll test it and let you know the outcome.

This limited warranty provides specific legal rights. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights as well.

Tire Returns

Tire compounds and designs move fast in this sport, so we're only able to take tire returns within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds & Fees

• Refunds carry a 25% restocking fee, plus any other fees that apply.
• Refunds are paid out net. Any payment processing fees on your original order are the customer's responsibility. Examples include PayPal's 3.5% fee and credit card processing charges.
